Candida Mobley-Wright
President, Voices, Inc.
Candida Mobley Wright is the President of Voices, Inc.
In 1983, Candida incorporated Voices, Inc. as a radio production and syndication company of programming which reached an unwired syndicate of radio stations nationally. She was inspired to create a vehicle that would both educate the community and promote corporate client's products and services. Candida is dedicated to providing her clients with quality creative advertising strategies that educate, inspire and uplift the disenfranchised.
She has established the company's platform of marketing with responsibility. She received the "Partnership Award" from the US Census 2000 and has received special congressional recognition for her efforts on behalf of the community and government. Candida holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California and produced her first play at USC while pursing her Masters of Fine Arts degree.
Amanda A. Langford
General Manager
Amanda A. Langford is currently the General
Manager of Voices, Inc. day-to-day media
operations, responsible for daily organization and
administration of all special projects, scheduling
and prepares proposals for presentations.
Amanda has over 25 years of management
experience, which started in 1978. Before joining
Voices, Inc. she managed the Los Angeles Office
of Amalgamated Publishers, Inc. (API) a newspaper
buying service. Amanda was responsible for company
budget analysis and preparation, monthly sales
reports, research and proposals. Amanda duties
included media placement in all of the African-American
newspaper publications across the country.
Amanda is a member of the Big Sisters of America
organization and has been trained in mentorship.
She is also a chartered member of the Los Angeles
Area Women Group, and of the National Council for Negro Women.
